I was very surprised at the intensity of the colour when dissolved in water. As for the colour in the bath bomb - it wasn't consistent throughout the bath bomb. It *seemed* to fade to white around the edges, with the concentration of neon in the centre. I might not have used enough, but I'm not sure this colour is meant to be seen in the finished bath bomb. I tend to be a little light-handed on my use of colour. I did not use alcohol in my mix.
