Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for 3D mold orders.
Processing time is how long it takes our staff to fulfill your order.
Shipping time is how long the estimated shipping time will take once it leaves our facility.
Once your order is processed you will get an email with your tracking information in it. Insurance is available for purchase at time of checkout, this insurance protects against lost or damaged items during delivery. If insurance is not purchased at checkout Fizz Fairy is not responsible for any damage or loss on the order once it leaves our facility.

SKIP THE LINE RUSH FEE
Available for purchase at time of checkout. Rush shipping fee pushes your order to the front of the line! Please expect 1 business day for your order to ship during weekdays. Orders are processed from Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 extra business days if your order includes 3D molds, as molds are printed to order.
Shipping Label Created, now what?
If your shipping label has been created great news! Your order is on its way! Packages are processed before 5pm Monday- Friday and picked up every weekday morning for delivery.
Where is my package?
Once your order leaves our facility, we are unable to help with tracking your package. Please contact the delivery service for questions or concerns.
Please double check your order to make sure you have everything you need in your cart, Fizz Fairy cannot promise add-ons to orders once they are placed.
We reserve the right to switch shipping carriers other then what was selected, when faster shipping options are available to you. We want you to get your packages as soon as possible!
My package is lost or damaged?
If you have purchased shipping protection, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you out! Your package must be marked damaged or lost by the shipping agent before a replacement can be sent. If shipping protection was not chosen, unfortunately Fizz Fairy can not replace the damaged or lost products.
Please note that if you have purchased shipping protection, but your order was marked delivered to your shipping address provided we are unable to replace the parcel without it being investigated by the shipping company. Please contact them first to open an investigation before contacting our team.
