Points will only be awarded in this case if the email used to create an account was the same account used in the past, when checking-out as a guest. After creating an account, you will automatically see whether or not there are any points attached to the email being used.

You can redeem Krazy Points by interacting with the rewards program pop-up that appears on the homepage of our website. If you have minimized the pop-up, you can open it again by clicking on the "Rewards" button in the lower right hand corner of the homepage screen.

From here, you will be able to select the way in which you'd like to redeem your points - as either a certain amount off of your purchase, or as a free item.

Yes, we require that your subtotal be double the amount that you are redeeming on that purchase. For example, if you are redeeming a $10.00 coupon with your Krazy Points, then your order total must be a minimum of $20.00 CAD.

At the current time, Krazy Points do not have an expiration date. However, we do reserve the right to change this policy in the future. Customers will be given ample notice if the brand does decide to place an expiry on Krazy Points.

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at fizzfairybathandbodytreats@gmail.com to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is cancelled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

You cannot redeem points on the same transaction as a discount code, as only one code may be entered per order.

We implemented the tiered loyalty membership program and respective levels (glow, gleam, glisten and glitter) on January 1st, 2025. Only purchases made on this date and later, count towards membership levels. Unfortunately, we were not able to include information from past purchases with the current program.
