Ingredients

*Please note to use double the recipe if you are using two different colours 

Extras: Decorative Paper Straws, Plastic Cup and Lid

Equipment

  • Protective gloves, mask, eyewear, hairnet

  • Glass Measuring Cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Mixer

  • Piping Bag and Tip 

  • Cookie Sheets 

Process

To Make Bath Bomb Powder Mix

  • 1) Mix two different coloured bath bomb powders. Take two separate bowls and add all of your dry ingredients.

  • Add 2 cups baking soda, 1 cup citric acid, 3/4 cup corn starch, 1/4 cup SLSA to each bowl. 

  • For your RED 40 HYBRID, add 1/2 tsp to begin into your dry powder

  • For your APPLE GREEN FDA DYE, add 1/2 tsp to begin 

Prepare your oils 

  • Mix 5 tsp avocado oil, 5 tsp fragrance oil, 2 tsp water. THIS LIQUID MIXTURE IS FOR YOUR APPLE GREEN DYE

  • Mix 5 tsp avocado oil, 5 tsp fragrance oil, 2 tsp Poly 80. THIS LIQUID MIXTURE IS FOR YOUR RED 40 HYBRID DYE

Mix

  • In a mixer, or by hand, slowly pour your liquid mixture into your bath bomb powder and mix until colour is evenly distributed. 

  • Place your powder on a baking sheet to dry for 24 hours 

  • Once powder is dry, layer in your plastic cups as desired. 

To Make "Whipped Cream" Topping

  1. Measure your foaming bath whip and melt and pour soap base. Equal parts

  2. Melt your soap base in the microwave 

  3. Use your mixer and add your foaming bath whip, begin to mix on speed 5-6 for about a min. or until fluffy and holding a stiff peak. 

  4. Continue to mix while slowly pouring in your melted M&P base. 

  5. Add your Glycerin

  6. *If you want to add fragrance to your whip, add a Tsp and whip. 

  7. You're ready to pipe! Put your whipped cream in a piping bag and whip on top!
