Easy Crushed Candy Cane Body Lotion

Try out this easy body lotion recipe! Simply purchase our pre-made lotion base and add your favorite fragrance oil to it! Take it one step further by using our Krazy liquid dye to make your lotion extra fun! Follow this simple recipe to make your own Crushed Candy Cane body lotion. Our Easy Cream base contains no PEGs , Parabens or petroleum derived ingredients. Made using high levels of Sunflower Oil, rich in Vitamin E our Easy Cream Base is fully formulated, cold process, pre-preserved and ready to go. Ideal for manufacturers large or small, hand fill or automate to produce a line of lotion products.

Yeilds: 4 x 4oz jars

INGREDIENTS

• 16 oz Easy cream base
• 3-6 drops Cherry Red liquid krazy dye 
• 2 oz Crushed Candy Cane fragrance oil 

EQUIPMENT

• 2 bowls 

• 2 spatulas 

• 2 Pipettes (If you do not have these just use a teaspoon to help measure)

• 2 piping bags (no tip required) 

• Scale

• 4 Glass jars/any jar to package lotion in (this recipe is based off of 4 x 4oz jars)

PROCESS

• Measure out 8oz of cream base into two seperate bowls 
• Add 1-2 tsp fragrance oil to each base and mix in. 
• For your coloured base, add liquid krazy dye and mix in. Add up to 6 drops as desired.
• Transfer lotion into your two seperate piping bags
• Layer into jar! Enjoy!
