RED 40 LAKE - COLOURANT - 15 GRAM JAR

INCI: Red 40 Lake | CI16035

DIRECTIONS:  This powder disperses best in liquid oil and oil based products.  This powder can be used in water based products if first dissolved in liquid glycerin.  For dry products, add desired amount of powder to dry ingredients. Incorporate colour to formula slowly, using amount as desired.   Adding this colour to a white base will produce a beautiful pastel colour.  Adding this colour to a clear base will produce a darker true colour.

TIPS: Using too much colour may cause staining. Test your final product to insure optimal performance and no staining. Protect work areas and clothing when mixing.

STORAGE: Store in an airtight, cool, dark location. 

Usage rate: approx. 1/2 - 1 tsp per 2 cups baking soda, you may add more for deeper shades.
